CONDITION OF USE:- Parent or teacher follows up with the student/s so that they actually do an extra prayer/helping activity in their own time.
In 2008, after the playing the game, students from these Brisbane schools did a fair few of the own time activities:- St Pius X, St Mark's, St Laurence's.

It’s suitable for a network, 1 copy many users. Put a copy on your computers where students and classes can get to it straightaway.
Types of activities
There are three different activities. They are:
1. Multiple Choice Questions which are correct or incorrect (after a wrong answer there's a hint given for the correct answer).
2. Multiple Choice Exploration points. These are yellow, have an 'Explore' icon and always end with "Go on ..." Players are encouraged to explore a few of the items, then go on to the next screen.
3. Interactive full screen animations of 2 types:-
a. If there are just pictures, keep clicking the pictures and read what is said. The story progresses.
b. If it shows <--, -->, Up, Down buttons, then use the mouse to click these and advance the story or interaction (Keyboard arrows do nothing). These screens go on automatically after a while, if you are not successful.

Game aim and challenges:-
The main aim is to get through 1, 2 or 3 levels with a long score list. There are 4 levels (each with two sub-levels).
If students take a longer time on the Explore options - showing understanding - they get a longer list of knowledge and more strength (the beating heart at bottom left of screen). Their strength adds to their total points each time they discover a new thing. If they rush through, they learn little and so lose strength and may even die - on screen!
Maybe the class can be asked to do:- Click >> 'Controls', >>> 'List all my score.' "Who has more than 10 lines in their score?", "Who has 'Do more recycling' in your score’? "Read your score list out loud." etc. A good usage time is 40 minutes. In that time, they may only finish 2 or 3 levels.
Supervision ideas for teachers:-
You can either give very complete directions, or start the class saying, "It's up to you to read and understand what's going on". (It's user friendly. They can't fail it, and it's fun for pupils to work out most of it themselves).
A good strategy is 2 students on one computer, and (in turn) read everything on the screen out loud before clicking. The second lesson they get their own computer and a choice of what level to start from. You can return to where you were up to several days ago: On the screen, mouse click >>> 'Controls', then mouse click>>> 'Switch level' and then click where you were.
* More about the picture screens:-
- Driving the boat, (or riding horse). If the river turns left you have to be on the left side of the screen.
- Trees or hills. Keep clicking <--, -->, or the pictures of trees and hills.
- Other full-screen pictures. Keep clicking the pictures and read what is said.
There are 4 games in the same format, so pupils can easily go on to a second one. Jesus Game, Mary MacKillop Game, Edmund Rice Game and Jagara Aborigines
Advanced:-
- Make 'Jesus and YOUR_SAINT Game' or 'Mary Mck and YOUR_SAINT Game' etc.
Click>> 'Controls', 'Make up own qs'. Up to 12 questions can be saved, 3 per level.
- After downloading, most pictures used by the game are available to the user and can be edited if you like. Best not to alter sizes, or pictures that make a series for animation.
